I really like the way this story is told and how well it hooks you into the story. Part of me wants to know what the creature would look like but the other part is glad that I don’t.

It’s dark, strange and creepy and I love it. The breakdown of our trust in the narrator is one of my favorite things and it’s done well here.

That ending. There were so many great things about this story. I felt completely immersed very early on. I wish we could have known a little more about the cult, but it didn’t really matter to the story. You get to know as much as you need to know.

I wish we could have heard more about the Necrotic Church here, but I liked the story overall. That being said, I felt a little rushed when I was reading the ending part. I felt like there wasn’t enough time to really build up a dread about the impending doom headed towards earth.
